In partnership with Northwestern Medicine/Neurosciences, Principal Helen Mesoloras will present on how proper, advanced legal planning can help ensure a smooth transition into older age or through a chronic medical condition. This presentation is one of a three-part series hosted by the Movement Disorders/Neurodegenerative group at Northwestern Medicine, as part of their Advanced Care Planning Webinar Series. This series is for patients and families dealing with neurodegenerative disorders (i.e., dementia, Parkinson’s). CEUs are not available. Please note: the webinar is pre-recorded, but there will be a live Q&A session with Elder Law Attorney Melissa Kallio and Care Coordinator Monica DiOrio, both from Dutton Casey & Mesoloras.
