This session will address important topics such as Powers of Attorney, Living Trusts, Wills. What legal options are available in planning and paying for long-term care? How can Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care insurance and personal care contracts maximize a person’s quality of life?
This program is offered in conjunction with the Les Turner ALS Foundation.
