What Are They? How Do They Work? How Can They Help Me or Someone I Care About? Attend this program and learn…a trust is a legal arrangement through which one person (or an institution, such as a bank or law firm), called a “trustee,” holds legal title to property for another person, called a “beneficiary.”

There are different types of trusts (revocable, irrevocable, testamentary, and special needs), and each type of trust serves a different purpose.

Helen will also discuss the document, the power of attorney for property, which deals with all financial matters, not just real estate.
