Samantha concentrates her practice in Medicaid planning and applications, adult guardianships, decedent’s estates, and trust and estate administration. Samantha has recently been named as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in the field of Elder Law. The Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state. Samantha also serves as the Legislative Liaison for the Chicago Bar Association Elder Law Committee.
