Event Details

When a diagnosis of a chronic medical condition is given, not only do you need to prepare medically, you need to prepare legally. Important topics such as Powers of Attorney, Living Trusts, and Wills need to be addressed. In addition, you need to know what legal options are available in planning and paying for long-term care.

This session will focus on how Medicaid, long-term care insurance and personal care contracts can be used to maximize a person’s quality of life.
