How individuals plan in advance for a family member with special needs can make a significant difference.  Incorrect or inadequate planning can cause families and their loved ones to lose eligibility for critical public benefits and government programs.  This presentation will explain how to preserve public benefits, help ensure quality of life, guardianship guidelines, and much more.
