It is estimated that half of people affected with dementia are not diagnosed. Among those diagnosed, families often complain about lack of disease education, resources, and care planning. This seminar will focus on what families need to know and expect as Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementias worsen over time.

This session will focus on the legal planning necessary to live with this chronic medical condition.
