The Parkinson’s Foundation will be showing all three parts of Northwestern Medicine/Neurosciences’ Advanced Care Planning series. For their legal planning segment, they will play a recorded presentation given by Principal Helen Mesoloras, JD, CELA, with Partner Melissa Kallio, JD, CELA participating in the live Q&A portion.

The presentation covers legal planning needed to prepare for aging and/or living with a chronic medical condition, such as powers of attorney, trusts, and who should be part of your care team.
