Shining Light on Elder Abuse

As the population ages, more awareness about elder abuse is critical to keeping older adult clients safe. This seminar will begin with education about the complex issues that are involved in elder abuse, including issues of power and control, intergenerational trauma and different types of abuse. Legal issues related to elder abuse will also be covered by an experienced Elder Law attorney. This workshop will conclude with a panel allowing attendees to voice questions and concerns.
