Partner Amy Gjesdahl will review the decision-making hierarchy in emergency situations and the legal planning necessary to avoid more chaos and confusion. Items to be covered include healthcare surrogates, powers of attorney, and adult guardianship. This is a virtual event that is open to all community members.
